Cloud Nine becomes employee-owned and part of NOVA Consulting Group

From January 2022, Cloud Nine is part of the NOVA Consulting Group. At the same time, 50 percent of Cloud Nine shares will be offered to its employees. Cloud Nine will continue to act independently, but is empowered by its sister companies’ competencies within NOVA; some of which are Epinova, Pineberry, Infunnel, Fyr Agency and Singular Studios…

Cloud Nine will continue to act independently, but can now broaden its digital services offering to customers.

This means that Cloud Nine:

• Becomes employee-owned

• Broadens and strengthens our offering and ability to deliver to our customers

• Improves our financial strength and stability

Our clients will benefit from a broader digital offering through NCG:

• Business strategy and brand competence

• CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce, etc)

• Access to many more developers within Optimizely, frontend etc.

• Dedicated Service design and UX design capability
