Diös is one of Sweden’s largest property developers with commercial and residential properties in 10 high-growth cities in the northern part of the country. The cooperation with Cloud Nine started in 2017 when we were given the opportunity to develop a totally new website for Diös. The result: a site that embodies the company’s culture and core values: simple to deal with, close and proactive. In 2020 it was time for a total overhaul, due to the launch of a new brand platform for Diös. At the same time, we optimized the site for inspiration and action - with a more direct focus on gaining new leads and investors. The results were very encouraging.

Visual and engaging

The goal for dios.se is to attract new residential and commercial tenants, gain new investors and make it easier for existing clients and tenants to get in touch and learn more about the company. Instagram integration and improved SEO are part of the strategy. Object presentations and landing pages have been Improved with a gain in accessibility and conversion rates. The landing pages for Our Cities were made more inviting and menus and footers have been made lighter and more intuitive.

Thanks to our long-standing collaboration and working relationship, Cloud Nine was able to quickly provide suggestions for effective areas of improvement that were in line with our new graphic profile.
